Enjoy Your 12 Minute "Getting Great" 9D Session
During this session, there are two breath holds, both done on the exhale. When you exhale, avoid forcing the breath fully out. Instead, stop exhaling naturally, where your breath wants to rest. Typically, this will leave about a third of your lung capacity untouched, with more air available if needed.
These exhale breath holds can be challenging! Remember the "Getting Great" mindset, and don’t be discouraged if you can’t hold your breath for the full time right away. Just like a muscle, your strengh will increase with continued work.
